Andrew Miller MP welcomed Secretary of State, Ed Balls MP, to Neston County High school on Wednesday 16th September; Andrew wanted the Minister to see the quality of the school and to press the case for the school to be considered for the 'Building Schools for the Future' programme.

Ed Balls and Andrew Miller spoke to both the students and governors and there was a lively exchange with members of the School Council and other students.  Andrew said, 'Ed Balls left with a clear picture of the excellent work being undertaken in the school.  I know that he was impressed, particularly by the high standard set by the school band.'
